Aloe Vera

If you've ever had a consultation with me im sure you will have heard me banging on about the merits of ingesting Aloe Vera on a regular basis. I take 60ml of Aloe Vera juice every morning and i know i wouldn't feel the same with out it.
Gone are the days i used to get a cold that would stick with me for days and no more struggling to get out of bed in the morning. 10 Day Tummy Tuck

Just back from a meeting with my fellow 'Tummy Tuck' team - trainer John Limpus and
pilates intructor Caroline McGee. We are planning the first workshop for April, just in time to get people on the right tracks for their bikini body! We had two seminars a the end of last year explaining the principles behind the 10 day plan and will be holding a few more over the next few months so get in contact if your interested to avoid missing out.
What better way to a health re-vamp than 10 days guided by a nutritionist, 2 personal trainers and a pilates intructor.....lucky people!

Keeping on the straight and narrow

The average person puts on 5 lbs over christmas, gym memberships rocket in January, but attendance rapidly falls by March. If this pattern is familiar to you its a clear sign that what you have tried to do in the past isnt working.
Write a list of everything you want to achieve this month and next to each point write how it would make to feel to achieve each goal. Anytime you feel like giving up look at this list and imagine those feelings becoming a reality.
Repeat this every month, altering your goals as you progress.
