Keeping on the straight and narrow

The average person puts on 5 lbs over christmas, gym memberships rocket in January, but attendance rapidly falls by March. If this pattern is familiar to you its a clear sign that what you have tried to do in the past isnt working.
Write a list of everything you want to achieve this month and next to each point write how it would make to feel to achieve each goal. Anytime you feel like giving up look at this list and imagine those feelings becoming a reality.
Repeat this every month, altering your goals as you progress.
